LooksNear LLP is a digital marketing agency offering monthly digital service packages with optional referral, task, reward, forex account and global pool benefits.

1. Digital Services

Packages can include digital card, digital store, AI poster, AI video, NFC card, landing page, SMM and SEO as per the active package purchased by the member.

2. Package Renewal

All packages are monthly. Service access and partner income eligibility continue only while the package is active and renewed within the configured rules.

3. Referral and Task Income

Basic package users receive only direct referral income. Standard, Elite and Premium users may qualify for self task income, team task income, rewards/forex account options and global pool income according to package, active direct referrals, total team and admin-approved tasks.

4. Task Work

Task work is compulsory for task-linked income. Task proofs are subject to approval or rejection. Fake activity, duplicate accounts or invalid proofs may result in income hold or account suspension.

5. Deductions and Payouts

Withdrawals are subject to minimum amount, admin charges, TDS with PAN or without PAN and KYC/bank verification as configured by admin. Cashfree payout processing depends on accurate user bank and PAN details.

6. Rewards, Forex and Pool

Rewards start from configured total-team milestones. Eligible users may choose the mentioned reward or a Forex Trading Account of equivalent value. Forex ROI depends on market performance and is not guaranteed. Global pool income is distributed equally among qualified same-package badge holders from monthly profit as configured by admin.

7. Refunds

Digital package fees are non-refundable once activated. Renewal, upgrade, downgrade and service eligibility follow admin-configured package rules.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Barnala, Punjab.
